Every design you see here has been dreamed up, put together and photographed by
yours truly. I'm a one woman beading & crocheting machine ;)

Also, just about anything in my jewelry shop can be modified, resized or upgraded. All
you have to do is ask!

Payment Methods
Although I do prefer PayPal I'm willing to accept money orders as well.

Personal checks are a matter of trust on the part of both of us... I'd rather not accept an
out of state personal check from a first time buyer but once we get to know each other
I'm willing to work with you.

LAYAWAY PLAN NOW AVAILABLE ALL YEAR LONG!
For purchases totalling $75.00 and up I'm happy to work with you on a three month
payment plan.

How it works: the charge (including shipping) is split into three equal monthly payments.

When you make your purchase, select "OTHER" as the payment method and put in the
notes to seller that you want to use the Layaway Option.

Then send your installments by PayPal to:
admin @ beads-by-brenda.com

Once the final payment has been made, I'll mark your purchase paid and shipped and
get it on the way to you!

Sales Tax:
ATTENTION OKLAHOMA RESIDENTS! I hate to do this, but the law is the law... I have
to collect the current 8.375% sales tax from ya. This will automatically be added to your
shipping costs when you check out through PayPal.
If you choose to pay by money order, please send me a convo and I'll let you know how
much the tax is so you can add it to the cost of your purchase.

My state sales tax permit number is: 856589 expires Jan 30, 2012

Trades: I've done a few trades here on Etsy and have enjoyed the experience. If you
see something you like, give me a holler... you won't know if you don't ask, right?

Shipping
COMBINED SHIPPING? SURE!
The majority of my items are set for a flat rate $3.00 fee for shipment within the US
(USPS First Class) for the first item and only ten cents for each additional item for
jewelry and twenty five cents for each additional item for crochet items

My "Signature Designs" and other items priced at $100 and up automatically include
free USPS Priority shipping and insurance

If you need something faster and/or with insurance, just let me know BEFORE you shop
and I'll modify the listing to reflect this. Of course if you realize this after you pay I'd be
happy to send an additional invoice via PayPal for the extra amount.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: After much deliberation (and several instances where I
ended up paying the post office WAY more than I charged the customer) I've come up
with a flat rate fee of $20.00 Now I realize that sounds like a lot but I ship USPS First
Class priority which just keeps going up and up, much to my dismay.
If you're interested in something and don't mind waiting for the slower and less
expensive option, just let me know before you buy. I'm more than willing to work with you
:)

Refunds and Exchanges
I truly do want my customers to be happy with their Beads By Brenda and Crochet By
Brenda purchases so if there is any reason you aren't completely thrilled with your
item(s), please let me know as soon as possible so I can make it right.

So far I haven't had anything damaged or lost (yes, I'm crossing my fingers here!) but I
do encourage insurance on all items. All of my $100.00 and up designs automatically
come with free shipping & insurance since they are one of a kind & can't be recreated.

Additional Policies and FAQs
At this time I am not accepting requests for wholesale purchases from my shops. I do
my very best to keep my costs down for my customers while still getting paid for my time
& supplies.
Also, I work full time in addition to this one-woman venture and honestly, there just
aren't enough hours in the day to do everything ;)
